Having a BBL should cause no negative long term effects. Basically all you are doing is shifting fat from one place to another. It is true that rarely some patients can experience redistribution of fat to unwanted places. I don't think that redistribution of fat in a liposuction would have the same effects that you have read about in the studies of people with increased fat in their abdomen.
