Laser versus chemical peel for (1) extremely dry skin; (2) crepey skin; and (3) level IV skin.

It's me, again. Sorry. I know dry skin and crepey skin are, or may be, two separate issues. I've been vacillating between getting fractional laser and a chemical peel. First, will either treatment make my skin drier? If so, which one? 2nd, which is the best treatment to get rid of the crepey, dry, level IV skin, especially in the orbital areas (eyelids included)? I wish there was a clear-cut answer, but I'm even more confused after visiting 2 doctors which is the best route for me. Thanks!
