Need help choosing between BBL or Lipo 360 (both w/ the additional arm Lipo). Can I achieve a similar look to wish pic? (photos)

Thank you for your pictures and questions. I think that you might be a reasonable candidate for a liposuction procedure. However, I think that your goal photos do not show a reasonable expectation of outcome in your case due to differences in body makeup. Make sure you have realistic expectations or you are going to be unhappy with the outcome. Make sure you are seeing a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Dear Hidden101, thanks for sharing your photos and concerns, based on your pictures you look like a great candidate for 360 lipo (back, abdominal, flanks with waist contour) and arms lipo, also if you want achieve a larger butt, you will need a fat transfer (BBL). You may be a good candidate for BodyTite with liposuction of the arms, but photo 4 shows that skin laxity may extend to the elbow which would require an arm lift. There are many variations on buttlifts. You may be a great candidate for the BBL which would involve liposuction of your lower back, sides, and abdomen and transfer of that fat to the hips for lift, better shape, and increased projection. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. Recommend that you reach a weight for a BMI of 30 or less three months before surgery that you can maintain after the BBL to enhance results.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

The difference between liposuction and a BBL is that the BBL is liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks. If you want your bottom larger than you should include the fat transfer or have a BBL.

Liposuction weather done with or without fat transfer will not deliver results as good as your wish pictures. your muscular skeletal body with all fat removed is not that small. part of this is due to current obesity with access visceral fat.

Your best bet is to start or continue losing weight.

Liposuction can help your midsection it to some degree but not as much as your wish pictures. To get anything close to that result you will definitely need to lose weight with the procedure.

Personally I think arm liposuction gives very high-quality consistent results so I’m an advocate of doing that procedure.

My experience has not been the same for lower extremity Liposuction especially the inner thighs.

That area tends to have a loose skin that contributes significantly to the contour even after fat has been removed.

I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons to get a better idea of what can and cannot be achieved with Liposuction and or fat transfer.
