I had a 4 month course of accutane for chin acne about 18 months ago (40mg a day i weigh about 60kgs). Half way into my course i started getting small flesh coloured bumps on my cheeks where I did NOT have acne. Even after finishing the course I have tried to have them extracted, electrocautery and they won't budge. My current derm believes its osteoma cutis. An online user suggested it maybe Keratosis Pilaris. Can accutane cause KP? Do the bumps looks similar between KP and Osteoma cutis?
