How can I get rid of the scar on my forehead which was caused by a scratch from a fingernail? (Photo)

Hi, about 2-3 months ago my girlfriend accidentally scratched me on my forehead skin pealed off and waited for it to heal instead it turned black and it irritates me I always cover it with a hat, Iv'e tried Bio-Oil, Rosehop certified organic oil ( Triolgy) And Smoothe cream nothing has changed and the scratch wasn't to deep just peeled of a line of skin? Feedback would be great thanks
