How long after jaw surgery can I get chin filler? (photos)

I had double jaw surgery but still have a minor set back chin and wanted to go do filler instead of genioplasty. How long after jaw surgery should I wait? It's been three months. I'm till somewhat numb in my chin and lower lip area

At least from the photo, there appears to be a couple of depressed boxcar-like scars. If so, simple, safe and effective subcision can be used to elevate and smooth them. If there is some elevation due to excessive fibrosis, then intralesional triamcinolone can help to shrink and flatten them....
