I hate the length of my face so much. I have like an oblong shaped face and it makes me look horrendous in pictures. I feel like no surgeons in the US do vline surgery. What can I do?

I think that V-line surgery is not indicated in your case. Your chin may be a bit long which may benefit from a reduction procedure. Profile photos would be helpful.
