What procedure is necessary to remove skin fat next to nostrils? (Photos)

i’m 22 and next to the sides of my nostrils where my cheeks finish is fat lines. i’ve tried looking up to find the proper name for this area but can’t. i want to get rid of these lines and can’t really see any solutions online besides a face lift of sorts
