Hi there. So, I was looking to get some filler to help soften my nasolabial folds. I had one doctor tell me not to get filler in the nasolabial folds because it would weigh down my face and look awkward. Another doctor recommended RADIESSE injections into that area because of the longer life they have. I’ve had it done there before with another filler, can’t remember, but I guess I tend to metabolize certain fillers quick. So my question is, any suggestions or other areas I should focus on? Answer: NasoLabial Implant is a great way to fix deep NL grooves. NasoLabial implants are nice to fill in deep NL grooves and is done under local from inside the mouth. There is no allergies to them and they look natural. If you want a temporary treatment, then I recommend Radiesse or RHA4 filler.

At least from the photos provided there appears to be volume deficit in the cheeks, which if addressed with the use of a robust HA volumizing filler properly injected by an experienced injector would not only revolumize and recontour the cheeks, but via the lift that is achieved from the filler treatment would secondarily Improve the smile lines very likely without the need for any direct treatment of that region.
