Can microlipo be done safely in deep fat layers of nasolabial fold & central & lateral cheeks after facial fat graft? (Photos)

I had a facial fat transfer 4 months ago and was injected in areas I did not want, including outside the nasoabial fold (instead of the piriform), too much under orbital rim, too low on high lateral cheek. My dr said we can always do microlipo to remove unwanted fat, but how safe and precise is this procedure if fat was injected in the DEEP fat compartments? What are the chances of permanent nerve damage? Can I easily achieve my before/afters?
