I have had laser treatments on my face before but they never get anywhere close to my lower lash line and it is the skin from my lash line to about an inch down that is my biggest problem area with wrinkles, laxity, etc. Are there lasers that are safe to use in that area?

Thank you for asking this thoughtful question! The effectiveness of laser resurfacing after the age of 60 depends on many factors, as aging impacts each individual uniquely.

For longest-lasting results, radio-frequency microneedling + laser resurfacing would be a strong combination for skin tightening. Fat repositioning or reduction is another option if the protrusion is significant and surgery is reconsidered. Fillers provide a great quick fix but are temporary.
Thank you for your question! At our practice we use the Excel V laser to treat periorbital veins. As long as the vein is over a bony area then the laser may be used.
