You're an excellent candidate for a reduction genioplasty, by means of well designed osteotomies, via intraoral, no external scars and for a lifetime; no need for double jaw surgery, interlocking, etc, you can eat, chew and speak the same evening of surgery.Do not accept under any circumstances shaving, filiing down, minimally invasive procedures of this kind, they are disastrous.Search for a surgeon with experience in osseous genioplasties of multidimensional kind.In the link below you can view results and more technical details.
