Hello, I have had a series 5+ Fractional CO2 laser treatments for acne scarring on my cheeks. Despite all these sessions, I have seen deeper scars become less deep but have bad skin texture. I was recommended at least 3 microneedling + chemical peel treatments; however, I thought it could be similar to frac. co2 since it would be hitting only a fraction of the surface area. I am also considering a phenol peel for total correction but that would not be until the distant future. Thank you!
