The chin augmentation was done about 8 years ago in addition to orthodontic treatment. I primarily struggle with the Labiomental fold (especially on one side, as you can see). The plastic surgeons I have spoken to in the past have not wanted to add filler here due to risks with the implant. I am worried this will continue to worsen and an orthodontist has said that fixing my bite will not improve jaw position. I am unsure of what to do next.
