Would a 1lb weight fluctuation affect fat graft results?

You hit the nail on the head - minor weight fluctuations of 5+lbs, we would not expect to see any difference in cosmetic surgery/fat grafting results; larger weight fluctuations (10+lbs), in certain patients you may start to notice changes in subcutaneoous fat volume, skin laxity, etc. With very large (20+ lbs) weight changes, you will very likely notice those changes!

Gaining and losing a single pound should not have an impact on your breasts after fat transfer. It is definitely advisable to try and maintain your weight, but as you mentioned, small fluctuations due to social events or other life circumstances are expected. Therefore, there is no need to be concerned about gaining or losing one pound in such situations. The fat transferred to your breasts acts just like fat elsewhere in the body (or wherever it came from), so it will change proportionally if you gain or lose weight.
