Uneven buttocks after more fat was injected to fix unevenness

Question

I had a 2nd bbl surgery 2weeks ago because my right cheek was bigger than my left. He added 400ccs more in my left then my right cheek it was even and overnight my left became bigger now I'm worried because more fat was injected their. I haven't sat on it or laid on it at all is their anything I can do to make it even? Please help...

Thank you for your question and sharing your photo. You are still very early in your recovery. Swelling will still be present at this time. I would allow your body to heal more and wait until swelling goes down before examining your results. The unevenness at this point my just be swelling. Best of luck!Dhaval M. Right now, you likely have a lot of swelling and you will need it to settle down a bit. I would give it 4-6 months.
