In my opinion, Power Ultrashape is the best technology available for non surgical fat reduction. Unlike other technologies currently available, there is no pain during or after the procedure. In addition it’s more powerful then the other technologies for removing fat. It is very safe for most patients. Patients with certain liver elements may not be candidates for this procedure. The reason is that the liver is important in processing fat. In our practice we use ultrashape and velashape III together for optimal results. The velashape is used to initially warm the subcutaneous fat, the ultrashape then destroys the fat, and finally the velashape is used to do a gentle lymphatic massage. Good luck!
