Is a treatment called Reset for sun damaged skin a good option?

I've recently heard of a laser procedure called Reset for sun-damaged skin, freckling, wrinkles, even reduces the size of under eye bags. Is this a good option to reduce sun damage, or is it just another rehash of other laser treatments that may work just as well?
