Hi, suddenly I have tiny blond hairs all over the top of and sides of my nose. I have never had these. I also have huge pores all over my nose, also a new problem, and together the hairs and pores are causing problems w sebaceous filaments and clogged skin. Are there medical conditions that can cause sudden hairs? They are so small, but noticeable, even in a (nonmagnified) mirror: can such short and light hairs be lasered? What are nonlaser options? Thank you!

It sounds like you did all you could to minimize sun exposure. Your practitioner should take a good look at the area. If it is PIH, I usually suspend treatment until it resolves. If it doesn't resolve, there are a variety of skin treatment approaches that can be used to reduce the pigmentation.
