Why does one get, and what can be done for, tiny blond hairs on top of, and on the sides of, the nose?

Hi, suddenly I have tiny blond hairs all over the top of and sides of my nose. I have never had these. I also have huge pores all over my nose, also a new problem, and together the hairs and pores are causing problems w sebaceous filaments and clogged skin. Are there medical conditions that can cause sudden hairs? They are so small, but noticeable, even in a (nonmagnified) mirror: can such short and light hairs be lasered? What are nonlaser options?
