I saw an ENT 5 years ago for because I was having a pituitary resection transphoidably he said I need to take care of a very bad deviate/ulcerative septum. I put it off. I have always had a green build up in my right nostril that needed to be cleaned water n q tips. I now have small sores on both inner nostrils along with the huge infected deviation. My nose stays swollen and is mishaps. Should I have this fixed it's very noticeable n painful.
