Is it possible to do a subcision procedure in certain areas of my face for acne scarring, if there has previously been fat injected under there without the use of subcision before?

Yes, as long as the fat grafting has healed, subcision can be performed. For acne scarring, I recommend a combination of lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers. See an expert in acne scarring for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

Any treatment can be done in the area of acne scarring as long as you are out about 6 months from the grafting. I prefer Bellafill to fat grafting because it is more reliable and more precise.

Yes, subcision can be done after fat grafting as long as enough time has passed for things to heal (at least 3 months).
