The underlying issue is a levator disinsertion ptosis.  This needs to be corrected and an anchor blepharoplasty needs to be performed to make a single dominant upper eyelid crease.  Additional orbital fat needs to be transposed forward to help provide volume into the upper eyelid fold.  The anchor blepharoplasty will also support the upper eyelid lashes.  The correction of the upper eyelid ptosis will allow the eyebrows to relax down.  I am one of the few surgeons in the country who offer this type of detailed aesthetic eyelid surgery.  Most surgeons who will meet do not perform anchor blepharoplasty.  They are likely to recommend removal of skin only.  That will not get the job done.

The muscle that opens your upper lid has become loose and is causing eyelid droop and also the triple folds. The triple folds represent the multiple loose ends of the muscle that normally are firmly attached. The ends of the loose muscle need to be "reanchored" to the cartilage to result in a single, firm crease and full eyelid opening.
