I've got chemosis on my right eye on 3rd day post op. Surgeon doesn't seem concerned and he said it'll resolve. I'm skeptical as I read that chemosis can be stubborn. Does warm compress make it worse? I'm now on day 11 post op, I realized the dissolvable stitches on my eyes are poking out and irritating my skin. I won't be able to see my surgeon as I had my surgery done overseas. What should I do? Anyway to make the stitches drop faster? Also, is there anyway to make the bruises go away faster?
