Help! What procedure would be best for the indentations on my buttocks? (photos)

It is very difficult to determine the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal butt image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your buttock will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. Liposuction of your lower back and fat transfer is also helpful as an adjunct to implants. Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon.

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for a small amount of liposuction and fat transfer, to fix your problem and improve your buttocks, and I think you'll get very good results.

Thank you for your question. The best solution for your indentations is to release the scar tissue that pulls in the skinned to fill in the hollow or flat areas with fat. The fat can be harvested from any area of excess, like the stomach, and placed into the deficient areas of your butt through small stab incisions.
Although fillers can be used to correct small areas, they are not permanent and will need to be repeated regularly. Also, they can migrate whereas fat will graft to the area permanently.

A fat transfer to the indented area should work very well.  Be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that has a extensive experience with such procedures. 

Those indented scars can be improved with a surgical procedure that releases the bands holding the skin down, like Cellfina and then filling the area with either your own fat or a permanent filler like Bellafill. Contact a Board certified Plastic Surgeon in your area to learn about different options.

Scar release with fat grafting to the depressed areas will often fix the problem.  Alternatively, if is possible to try a soft tissue filler, however all fillers have a limited lifespan and would have to be repeated.

To correct butt dimples and augment over all size, I would recommend that you consider a brazilian Butt Lift using VASER liposuction and Prograft fat transfer to maximize fat graft take.
