If I got a permalip implant could I still get lip fillers if I wanted my lips bigger?

I really want a lip implant but I'm afraid the large size wouldn't be large enough for me. I currently get injections but its just so expensive to keep up with but if I had a nice size to begin with that wouldn't go away (lip implant) then if I ever wanted it bigger I could just get one syringe or something. Is that even possible?

Ond should not get lip injections after having an implant placed in the lips. There is a very real risk of causing an infection of the implant.
