What are my options for treating a small 3rd degree burn on my inner thigh? (Photo)

About 3 years a go I was doing an art project in bed and the hot glue dribbled on my leg, I didn't know how to get it off without burning my hand so I let it sit on my leg for a few mins until it hardened, it didn't hurt that bad so I put a bandaid to keep it clean but now it's scared, discolored and sticks out, what are my options for fixing? I already tried scar gels and patches and those didn't help.

Scar revision requires in-depth experience and can improve the visibility of scarred tissue. We use a HIDEF approach that includes Vbeam laser for red and active scars, combination fractional and non-ablative laser for active hypertrophic and keloid scars, and micro fractional laser for surface topography. These can improve PIH, PIE, textural scars, and deeply red or pigmented scars.
