Painful? Flexible to be used in different areas? Hi! I use fillers in the nasolabial fold and sometimes in the lips to add volume. I contacted a clinic w/ serious certifications & reviews to get an estimate. They only use Neuramis Deep. I couldn't find it in the list of fillers approved by the FDA. Anyone knows about this filler? Is it safe? They say it lasts longer but it seems to be designed for deep wrinkles and I don't have any. Does it work to add volume in the nasolabial fold or lips? Pain? Thanks!

Answer: Is Neuramis Deep approved in Europe and USA and is it safe?
I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion...
This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
So in general most patients do not have 100% symmetry on each side of their face. I would be interested to see how your cheek on the left looks if there is atrophy of your superficial fat pads, your mandible as well as this seems to be more that you have extra tissue influencing the marionette...
