It's very hard to show it on pictures but my nasolabial folds, instead of making a line, they make a skin bulge, as if I had too much "fat" in just that area and it shows especially when I smile. I've never seen anyone else have this and I don't even know what it is and why I have this. It makes my face and lips look very asymmetrical, especially since the "bumpiness" is more prominent on my left side. What can be done to correct this?

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
So in general most patients do not have 100% symmetry on each side of their face. I would be interested to see how your cheek on the left looks if there is atrophy of your superficial fat pads, your mandible as well as this seems to be more that you have extra tissue influencing the marionette...
