Myself and my (normal BMI) siblings all have fat distributions resulting in not-cinched ankles, wrists, and fingers. I read on the RS forum that Kybella can be used off label by an expert injector on the subcutaneous fat of tapered fingers. After reading, I reasoned that if hands and fingers can withstand the swelling and post-op care from fat rejuvenation, they can also handle the reverse with dehydrocholic acid. 1) Is what I read on the forum true? 2) If so, what constitutes a good candidate?
