Can Invisalign Express trays each be worn for 1 week instead of 2?

Hello and thank you for your great question. You certainly can wear your aligners in Express case for 1 week as long as the movements of your teeth are designated as easy/predictable. It is easy to see it in the ClinCheck software. Invisalign designates hard teeth movements with blue or black dots above the teeth. If those dots are not present, it is usually safe to have 1 week aligner wear.All the best to you. 

Invisalign as a company has recommend all of their providers to move all treatments to one aligner a week. Most doctors are still doing two weeks for their patients. Supposedly Invisalign has research data that showed one week is suffice for each aligner. All new providers are now taught to do one aligner a week for all treatments.
