Incision Bleeding after massage?

I had my breast augmentation may 4 and on May 6 my doctor cleared me to start massaging 4 times a day. Once I started massaging I noticed a drop of blood on my bra. I asked my doctor and they told me to wait a week before I resume massaging so I did. However once I started massaging i get the slight bleeding. I have an appointment with my doctor soon but I am worried that I may have caused damage when I first started massaging. The blood seems to only come when I massage. Am I too rough?
