I had cryosurgery and the mole became a blister and seems to have a yellow pus now that is oozing. Is this normal?

Do I just let it heal or should I try and remove the puss?

Shaving the nose fibroma would be by far the best option. It might need to be redone every few yrs but it sure beats an ugly scar.
