Shaving the nose fibroma would be by far the best option. It might need to be redone every few yrs but it sure beats an ugly scar.

I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist for after care. I recommend Silagen + Bioshield for 6 weeks to promote healing. Any pigmentation and/or scarring can be improved with lasers and microneedling/prp. Best, Dr. Emer
