I had cryosurgery and the mole became a blister and seems to have a yellow pus now that is oozing. Is this normal?

Shaving the nose fibroma would be by far the best option. It might need to be redone every few yrs but it sure beats an ugly scar.

The redness after shave excision of a mole usually reaches a peak by 6-8 weeks, which is the height of the inflammatory phase of healing.  After that, it should begin to settle down and fade, assuming a color much closer to the surrounding skin.  I recommend using silicone gel twice...
