Removing a small facial mole? (Photo)

I have this small mole (I think you call it a mole) in between my eyes that I hate. It looks like a pimple that's about to pop and it's not flat but it's small. It's been bothering me for years and I want to get it removed, however I'm not sure what the best way to remove this is. I know girls who have had large facial moles removed and I know some who have it shaved or lasered . Any suggestions? How much would it cost?

I would not recommend doing that at home.  It should first be evaluated by a board - certified dermatologist to make sure it is benign and they can discuss options with you.  This is a cosmetically important area and I would not want you to generate scarring.  There is...

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. This can be removed again with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I'm sorry to hear that you have persistent erythema (redness) of the skin following mole removal by laser ablation. Typical intra-dermal naevus or mole is a raised lesion as opposed to a flat freckle.  In my experience moles are best removed using radio-frequency ablation or cauterisation...
