Removing a small facial mole? (Photo)

I have this small mole (I think you call it a mole) in between my eyes that I hate. It looks like a pimple that's about to pop and it's not flat but it's small. It's been bothering me for years and I want to get it removed, however I'm not sure what the best way to remove this is. I know girls who have had large facial moles removed and I know some who have it shaved or lasered . Any suggestions? How much would it cost?
