How much Hyaluronidase to dissolve Versa in nose?

My recent liquid rhinoplasty looks awful. I am afraid of too much hyaluronidase! There is too much filler (versa) in the tip of my nose. My nose looks huge now. It has been one week and I am going back for a follow up next week. I hate it and just want it dissolved. I have read so many horror stories about Hyaluronidase on RS. How many units of Hyaluronidase would I need? (I want to make sure the injector is not giving too much). Also I would go to a different injector, but I think she may know the specific location best since she was the one initially inject. Please help!

Good morning,I am so sorry you are having issues with the filler in your nose. This is undoubtedly a very tricky, and risky, area to treat. It would not be unusual for the area to have some swelling, so hopefully what you are seeing, is just that, and it will resolve. Regarding having it dissolved, the Hylenex, or hyaluronidase, will not harm anything, as it is a liquid and will not occlude any vessels. That said, as a provider, I would dilute it a bit, in an effort to not over-dissolve the filler you have already invested in. There are 150u per mL of Hylenex...I typically mix 75u of Hylenex (0.5cc) with 0.5cc of bacteriostatic NaCL. This can be done in steps, if more dissolving is necessary.
