I'm 32 years old and my face's recently (last 1-2 years) got significantly wider at the bottom of my face. It's always been very round but now it has also started looking, sort of, heavy. It's definitely fat, even though, my weight is the same (119lbs 5'3). My siblings look the same, and so does my dad! But we all used to have much slimmer faces when we were younger. Is there any procedure that would be good for me to undego?
