Heavy lower cheeks and getting wider? (Photos)

It seems that beside some fat deposits along the lower cheeks and jawline, you may also have slightly hypertrophic (bulky) jaw muscles (masseter muscle). Such a "deformity" would be best treated with selective liposuction along lower cheeks and jawline and injection of Botox to masseter muscles to decrease their bulk and reduce the width of your lower face and jaws. All together it will create more elongated, oval or heart shape face. Good luck.

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks.
