4 months post op Halo laser, strange bumps started popping up on eyelids. Can this be repaired? (photos)

Had a session 4 months ago and all drs are baffled on what is happening with my face. Strange bumps started popping up on eyelids down bridge of nose and horrible cystic acne all over my face. None of this prior to halo laser. I had Rosacea very mild. Had 2 eyelid biopsies- inflammation Currently on oral antibiotics 2x day Topical nothing is stopping it. More bumps and things keep popping up. Is this permanent damage ? Can this be repaired?
