Sorry you are having any concerns. It  is unlikely that your gallbladder surgery is responsible for these changes. When tummy tuck is performed we tighten the abdominal wall muscles. How flat a patient stays depends upon the weight they carry  in the abdomen and the strength of their tissues. Slender patients tend to stay flatter. Moderate weight patients will see relaxation but often find improvement. Heavy patients may relax fully. If around the time of your gallbladder surgery you had weight gain and loss  you may have seen some abdominal stretching. Check in with your GS to be certain nothing else could explain this, and then check in with your PS to see if anything, such as a re tightening would be worth it.Beast wishes.

It would be very unlikely that a laparoscopic gall bladder would cause a problem other than having a few small incisions added to your abdominal wall.

It would be very unusual for either an open or laparoscopic gallbladder procedure to cause significant changes to your tummy tuck. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
