Please post photos for further evaluation. Treatment will depend on the amount of sagging or elasticity of skin. We often combine with ThermiRF, sculptra, and microneedling/lasers for wrinkling of skin on legs. Often if very saggy, surgery is the only option. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
