It's best to ask your doctor what kind of garment they recommend. They should guide you regarding the postoperative instructions, as they know you and your surgery the best. I personally don't use compression garments in areas where I fat graft. But again, better to ask your own surgeon.

Mostly it may depend on how tight your "faja" is as well as the details of your fat grafting. The one who would know best is your surgeon as they would know the specifics of your surgery, and they may be able to test your garment and see how it feels.
