Could I somehow get my eye shape more tilted upwards? Eyelid surgery? Facelift / skin tightening? (photos)

Question

As you see below, one of the pictures is me relaxing my eyes. They droop real low. The other picture is me pulling them up (which I usually try to do in public and it starts to strain my eye muscle). Could I somehow get my eye shape more tilted upwards? so that the lower lid is more upward shaped and not droopy? Id rather have thinner almond shaped eyes or just more appealing eyes without having to use my muscle constantly. (ps I did lose weight a few years back. That could have done something?)

From the photo it appears that you have some laxity of your lower eyelids and your lateral canthal tendents. By performing lateral canthopexy or lateral cantoplasty this problem can be resolved. Please see an Oculofacial plastic surgeon.

From your photos you appear to have some scleral show with a lateral laxity. This  problem can be corrected. You should see an oculoplastic or facial plastic surgeon for evaluation and consultation.

A facelift will not improve the position of your lower eyelids. However, eyelid surgery can reposition your lower eyelids so that the "slope" and "droopiness" is improved.
