My first treatment would be to try topical Latisse.  In some patients it seems to help grow eyebrows.  As you may know it is approved for eyelash growth.  If this fails to help the next step would be eyebrow transplant.  We take a few hairs from the scalp and insert them in the brow area.  It is a relatively minor type of hair transplant with only a couple of down days.  Good luck

It would be appropriate to see your dermatologist to review your eyebrows up close. Likely blood tests will be ordered to make sure you have no specific blood test abnormalities that could impair growth. Options at that point (if blood tests are normal and dermatoscopic exam is normal) would include minoxidil, bimatoprost (Latisse) and hair transplantation.
