They bulge more when I am hot and when I exercise or get stressed. They have a pulse when I touch them. Sometimes they are not noticeable, other times they are. I’m skinny and my blood pressure is normal. I’m very young and in my teens.

Answer: Temporal vessels. The pictures look like the temporal arteries. However, the temporal veins can look very similar. Arteries pulsate and veins do not. See a vascular surgeon or vein specialist and they will be able to distinguish the two.
