BR surgery on 113018, Told PS want Small B, smaller than B should be fine but not big. I’m 36yr,5 ft, 105lb healthy .Was around 36 DD or DDD PS promised Small B possible. Feels still same size as before looks like only lifted boobs. I see myself in mirror same heavy large busted , back pain and lack of confident. concern is if I’ve to do correction surgery have no money, waited yrs & saved $ for this. What should I do? Per PS removed appox 500cc each side. Very depressed. He just didn’t remove enough

500g removed during a breast reduction is a pound per side, so you should see at least some difference in size. That said, if you are still larger than you would like, it is certainly possible to have a second surgery. In rare cases insurance may even cover a second operation if you are still having symptoms of back and neck pain etc. It's definitely worth seeing a plastic surgeon about- if you're not happy with your original surgeon, seek a second opinion. If you feel as though your breasts are still too large after a breast reduction surgery, you can begin to consider a second reduction surgery. Have an honest conversation with your surgeon about the results you expected. If that conversation doesn't meet your expectations, consider scheduling a consultation with another surgeon. No matter who you choose to go with, it may be best to avoid using the "cup" system to determine your desired size. This can be less accurate than other methods of measurement.

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast reduction surgery.  At this point your best option: communicate your concerns/goals directly with your plastic surgeon. A revisionary operation will likely be necessary to achieve an outcome that you are happier with.   Best not to communicate desired outcome in terms of cup sizes. Goal photographs may be much more helpful. Best wishes.
