I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast reduction surgery.  At this point your best option: communicate your concerns/goals directly with your plastic surgeon. A revisionary operation will likely be necessary to achieve an outcome that you are happier with.   Best not to communicate desired outcome in terms of cup sizes. Goal photographs may be much more helpful. Best wishes.

500g removed during a breast reduction is a pound per side, so you should see at least some difference in size. That said, if you are still larger than you would like, it is certainly possible to have a second surgery. In rare cases insurance may even cover a second operation if you are still having symptoms of back and neck pain etc. It's definitely worth seeing a plastic surgeon about- if you're not happy with your original surgeon, seek a second opinion.
