Getting my BBL done soon! What are the best foods/juices to help speed the healing process?

Getting my bbl done soon!! What are the best foods/juices to help speed the healing process?? I will also be taking arnica 30c 5days before and about a wk after surgery, any post op advice on what to eat/drink to help me recover asap?

If you have 2 small stomach ulcers, is it safe or OK to have BBL surgery?
