Will a rhinoplasty fix my profile?

If your nose has a dorsal hump, addressing this with a rhinoplasty can have a dramatic effect with regards to your facial profile. Your chin does not appear to be overtly deficient and your jaw line looks good. Your mental crease is a bit deep - if you didn't like that, you could add volume here. My advice would be to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon so that you can have a formal examination and discuss your goals.  A full set of facial photographs from all angles are going to be required to make a determination about being a candidate for a rhinoplasty procedure.    When there is a recessive chin profile present, consider placement of a chin implant.
