Will a rhinoplasty fix my profile?

I’m having a rhinoplasty this year, but I’m worried I still won’t be happy with my profile. Would a nose job make it better or do I have another problem that may be contributing?

Hi Imaginative,We have our patients have someone help them shampoo their hair after rhinoplasty.  Over a sink with your face facing up toward the the ceiling.  You can also go to a salon and have them wash your hair.  Good luck with your rhinoplasty and be well.Dr. P

In order to complete the recovery of nasal bone and soft tissues, you should wait 1 year after facial trauma. If the surgery is performed before completing the nasal bone recovery, the bone deformity possibility is high.
