Tetra "cool" laser over 14 weeks ago, my skin is till pink. Am I permanently disfigured? (photos)

Had Tetra "cool" laser over 14 weeks ago. My skin is still pink & if I get hot or drink coffee, etc. My face glows red. I've been told to apply Z. Obagi Daily Defense but it's not helping. I don't want to leave the house looking this way. Am I stuck with this?
