Can any one tell me if it’s possible for dissolvable packages to come out my nose after two years ?

This seems unlikely. Most dissolvable materials used in surgery are gone within days or weeks of the procedure. You may have a nasal obstruction that is unrelated to your surgery that still warrants medical attention, so you should consider an appointment with your doctor, who may want to perform a comprehensive nasal endoscopy to rule out foreign bodies, etc. This can be done in the office with topical anesthesia only.
