You clearly had an open rhinoplasty that put you at much increased risk of unintended cosmetic change.  You should clarify with your surgeon what was done and why you needed an open approach for your septum.  Otherwise you should see a facial plastic surgeon who specializes in functional and ...

Can septoplasty splints move?

It is best to ask your surgeon about any splint related question as they know exactly what type has been used and how secured. In general, if plastic splints are used they get sutured to your septum and as such very difficult (and painful) to move or remove them without cutting the suture.

Thanks for the question. It is unfortunate that you have a perforation following surgery.  Only symptomatic repairs need closure. I would suggest Neil Med sinus rinse 2-3 times a day and sniffing up Vaseline to lubricate the nose. If, this settle your symptoms then I would suggest you...
