I had a septoplasty about five months ago and I still can not breathe and now my nostril is going kind of sideways and the other one is straight up up before they were going both straight up they were almost even to each other (nothings perfect) but now I have one completely off.

You clearly had an open rhinoplasty that put you at much increased risk of unintended cosmetic change.  You should clarify with your surgeon what was done and why you needed an open approach for your septum.  Otherwise you should see a facial plastic surgeon who specializes in functional and aesthetic nasal surgery for a second opinion.
