Whether it is advisable to use Nizoral 2% shampoo weekly once + Sebamed Anti dandruff shampoo remaining 6 days + Alpecin Caffeine daily twice? Please do help me. Whether this regime will affect me in any way?? Thanks in advance..

Of course you can give it a try but in my experience the instances where it has worked (usually not too effective) has been when used consistently.  And it is recommended twice each day if you do use it.

Telogen Effluvium simply refers to the synchronous loss of hair in the hair cell cycle.  Therefore, a scalp biopsy is probably not going to make the call. Dr John E Frank, MD
