I had severe hair loss. I suffered from dengue fever 3 months ago. Please suggest a diet or hair loss treatment

Dengue is a well known cause of telogen effluvium. Yes, if a person has the right genetic background and is the right age, genetic hair loss can occur following a telogen effluvium. However, if a person does not have the correct genetic background and is not the right age, this will not occur. Please see a physician if concerned.
