i had severe hairloss because i suffered from dengue fever before 3 months........after telogen efluvium will cause androgenic alopicea...?...hairfall not in the way of hair breakage or damage.. iit fall as hair end with white bulb.

Minoxidil won't help the existing hair grow faster, but it helps the areas that are suffering from lack of hair. If you have a burn on your scalp PRP or finasteride can help as well. It is better if you see a hair expert first.
